Our Terms

Damages
Any damage to equipment, furniture, or property during your session will be the full responsibility of the session holder. Costs for repair or replacement will be charged accordingly. Failure to resolute will result in legal action being taken.

Data Responsibility
We are not responsible for any lost data. Please ensure you bring adequate storage devices and back up your content properly.

Deposits, Cancellations & Rescheduling

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE & REQUIRED for booking.

Deposit is first hour, unless you're booking 3+ hours, for which it will be 1/2 of the session total.

Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will result in deposit forfeiture.

Cancellations with more than 24 hour notice are eligible for one rescheduling.

Failure to appear for your rescheduled session will result in deposit forfeiture and cancellation.

Lateness by 1 hour will result in deposit forfeiture and cancellation regardless of slot size.

Rescheduling with less than 24 hour notice requires a new deposit.

Occupancy Limits

Recording Studio: 10 people | Podcast Studio: 5 people | Photo Studio: 5 people

Exceeding guest limit without approval will result in their removal. Failure to leave will result in remaining slot time to be cancelled.

Subscriptions

Deposits will be taken from your subscription.

Deposits, cancellations & rescheduling terms are applied to subscriptions.

Subscriptions are NON-REFUNDABLE & must be paid in full to become active.

Subscriptions last 1 month from purchase date. (NO EXCEPTION!)

If you purchase a PRODUCER subscription but require in house engineer involvement, you are subject to paying the difference per hour.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS OF USE, UNDERSTAND THE TERMS OF USE, AND WILL BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THESE TERMS OF USE REPRESENT THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN T.R.A.P. STUDIOS LI LLC AND THAT IT SUPERSEDES ANY PROPOSAL OR PRIOR AGREEMENT, ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN T.R.A.P. STUDIOS LI RELATING TO THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT.
